Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Events & Services

  • If an event, class, workshop, coaching session, or service is canceled by us and no rescheduled date is provided, a full refund will be issued.
  • If an event, class, workshop, coaching session, or service is rescheduled, your payment will automatically be transferred as a credit toward the new date or service.
  • Refunds will not be issued for rescheduled events or services unless otherwise required by law.
  • Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made by the client are non-refundable.

Physical Products

  • All product sales are final.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be considered if an item arrives damaged or broken.
  • To request a replacement or refund for a damaged item, clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
